From 1 September 2020 onwards, the service hours for IDD 1666 customer service hotline will be changed to: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm; Saturday, Sunday and public holiday: Off

IDD 1666 Printed Paper Statement Charges Update
With effect starting 1 September 2019, charges for standalone IDD 1666 printed paper statement will be adjusted to HK$20 per copy. To save on paper statement fee, you can login IDD 1666 webpage to change "Statement Method" to "E-mail".

Support environmental protection by reducing paper consumption! Notification on statement changes.
To contribute toward protecting our environment, we will reduce the amount of paper used. A paper statement will only be issued once the statement balance is over HK$65, otherwise the balance will be carried over to the next billing cycle. If the accumulated statement balance reaches $20 but not $65, a paper statement will be issued every 3 months otherwise it will be issued every 6 months. Thank you for your support on the environmental protection measure.
